Why can’t I track my order? Whenever I try to track it it says, “Sorry can’t show details right now” it’s been over a week now

I have had the same, when tracking it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now." , ordered on the 15th September at 21:30

Try with your email address instead of your mobile phone number, that's what worked for me

I placed my order on 17th of September but nothing shows for the order
number 😕
