I pre-ordered the Natural iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB on the first day it was out for pre-order but the upgrade systems were down or something and had to call up the next day and the order got placed then. I have 2 emails from EE telling me to send my old phone the iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 GB by the 1st of October and I have no idea when the 15 Pro Max will be here. I check the tracking code frequently and it has not been updated at all. I cannot go without a phone at all never mind like a month from what some people have been saying it will be dispatched. I'm just wondering what I should do and how long the times are from when i preordered the phone for the phone to get dispatched. I also do have my trade-in package but cannot go without a phone.
