I ordered the 15 Pro Max 156GB in Natural Titanium on the 15th Of September and still had no updates - you're not alone.

A pre-order doesn’t mean you’ll get the device on launch day or just after. EE would have received a set number of iPhones all model types which pre-orders would’ve outstripped. You’ll be notified once a device has been allocated to you and has been dispatched to you.
