&lt;LI&gt;Are you in the UK.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried activating flight mode and then deactivated.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried restarting your device.&lt;/LI&gt;
