Calling not working

Hi.
just got a new iPhone 14 pro but I can’t make any calls or receive calls. The data is working fine just won’t make calls. tried everything that I could find online but no luck. Can’t call EE neither

Does your phone show was connect to the EE network?

Have you ported your number to EE?

What happens when you try to make a call, @alexnemes98? Does the same thing happen when connected to, and not connected to WiFi?

Hi.
It will try to call then hang up straight away. It does it no matter if WiFi or data is activated. I’ve had my phone number for years with EE and now I just changed my phone and since I’ve put my old sim into the new phone this happens.

Does it show an EE signal, @alexnemes98? Did you get a new SIM with the phone? If so, are you able to try that one?

Did you get anywhere with this as I have what sounds like a similar problem. Everything works on the phone but 9 times out of 10 (wifi or not wifi and when getting 5 bars of signal) the call on my side doesn't;t connect even though the call does connect on the receivers end?
