topic Apple Watch Series 9 - Telephone Order in Apple Devices

Good afternoon,

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

Last week I called EE as I’d received a text in regard to not being given the pre-contract information when I took out my phone plan.

After getting that sorted with the agent they asked me if I’d be interested in having an Apple Watch Series 9 as an additional line so they processed the order for me and I’ve received it today.

Not sure what happened (as it’s only showing my SIMO tariff, current Series 7 plan and the new Series 9 that came today on MyEE) but I’ve received not one, but two 😂.

Have called up 150 and organised a return - am going to receive a returns package within the next few days.

My question is: when I return the place back to EE (am going to use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery given the RRP of the device) will this then be ‘given’ back to the right team(s)? The call handler logged the IMEI of the ‘extra’ so it’ll be on EE’s systems.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @MickMan2018

Welcome to the community.

Thanks for organising to send that back. I recommend going into the post office and let them know the RRP, they'll be able to recommend the best trackable return process.

Once we receive it back, it'll be scanned in and matched with the IMEI.
