Last week I took it out and found a tiny little mark on the side, so when doing my upgrade over the weekend I told the agent about it, she said it would be a £500 fee as it was damaged!</P><P>I told her to cancel the order as that was outrageous! After thinking about it for a few hours, I did put my upgrade through, only told them the phones in excellent condition.
