Gone from an iPhone 11 Pro to a 14 pro max and my old sim works fine in my old phone out it into the 14 and it won’t pick up signal

So long story short opened the contract on a 13pro that got smashed so went back to a 11pro the mrs wanted to go on ee but didn’t won’t a new phone so I’ve opened another one for her and I’ve had the new phone the new sim works fine in her 12pro but mine doesn’t work in the 14

I did that last night and ee have black listed the phone because they thought it was stolen even though it got delivered brand new at half 1 yesterday afternoon
