Damaged sim call forwarding

I have a damaged SIM card and need to forward my calls to another number but this option is not working in setting on the phone. Is there another way do set this up?

If I'm reading this correctly, your current Sim Card is now not working and you would like to Divert All your Calls to another Number as a temporary fix until you get your replacement Sim Card sorted.

If the above is correct, then Call EE CS on 150 from an EE Number or 0800 956 6000 from any other Number and CS will arrange this Divert for you.

Sorry we would not be able to divert the calls for you this would need to be set up in the device settings.
