Anyone else made claim for lost phone and been told to wait 72hours for the back office? Or does it happen any sooner in other peoples experiences

No just that the back office would look at it and get back to me in 72 hours

No first time making claim on the insurance portal it shows as claim processing

I would recommend allowing 72 hours as mentioned and wait for the team to get back in touch.
