4G not working

Help! 4G has randomly stopped working on my iPhone 11, no idea why. Have tried all the usual things.

Happens to me in multiple locations have tried turning it on and off etc

Thanks for coming here.

If you go into Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options, do you have 4G showing in the voice and data option?

Can you make calls and send texts?

Is this affecting you accessing data?

Yes 4G is showing. I can make calls. I tried it in another phone but that didn’t work either.

This indicates the SIM card may have developed a fault, to check this is the case and order a replacement please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.
