    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3859879"&gt;@Graceroy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sorry but what does Blackout iPhone while charging mean? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You ask only get a 14 day cooling of period with a phone/online sale, &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You don’t get that with a store sale but you do get a 12 days to report any fault with a device to have that device exchanged after this time the device has to be sent off to be looked at. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a contract iphone 14 pro max from the shop last month just before i went for holiday i now have to deal with a blackout phone twice while charging it looks like that i have poor battery. But as its a brand new phone i didnt expect to have a poor battery. Anyone know what else could happen with my iphone? Im on holiday the now, what EE could do to help ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;By the time im going back to the UK i think my 30 days will finish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
