I have an iPhone 11 when I’m on a call it sounds like the person is in a tunnel

Does this happen on every call? Does it matter whether you're connected to WiFi or the mobile network? Is it the same when on speakerphone?

Have you tried calling someone else?

It could be the other person’s side. This often happens if the other persons microphones have dirt in it are obscured. It can mess with the noise cancellation. It could be a signal issue too.
