    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was messing around with my setting and I was trying to turn off the e sim feature as my other phone was go off as well as my new phone. I deleted the esim and now my sim has no service and won’t connect to anything.my calls and texts aren’t going through. Help!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel you&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3837116"&gt;@uzma99&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I had the same situation, see my post in the SIM card section: &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/SIM-cards-Porting/eSIM-frustration-went-back-to-physical-SIM-after-1-day-without/td-p/1274107" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/SIM-cards-Porting/eSIM-frustration-went-back-to-physical-SIM-after-1-day-without/td-p/1274107&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Request a replacement eSIM", sounds easy but it can be incredibly frustrating if there is any issue when you need to confirm your eSIM has been downloaded, if for some reason the page does not load and you cant "confirm" then your eSIM will be left in limbo. You can read my post linked above for more detailed info on this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
