Adding a phone to the app

I have added my phone to the app but I can’t remember how I did it & I need to add my daughters phone so I can check her usage & gift her data.

Can someone help me pls.

Is your daughters phone on the same billing account as yours?

@Woodthorpe33 If your daughter is on PAYG you can not gift data to PAYG, data gifting is only available to contract customers. And if your daughter has a contract then she has her own account and to add her to your account to gift data then she needs to call customer services to request a change of ownership and you’ll have to accept that ownership. You become the sole bill payer.
If your daughter contract is a 2nd line ( contract) on your account then you don’t need to add it as it’s already there because it’s a 2nd line on your account.
