Iphone 14 freezing for hours at a time

I bought a new iphone14 a few months ago. I a, constantly having issues with it freezing. If I am making a outbound call and try to touch the screen (calls when press 1 for reception etc). My screen doesn't come up and the phone freezes. It is still connected to the call but I am unable to hang up or anything. It then freezes so I am unable to turn this off or anything for a few hours until it sorts itself out. This happens on average 4-5 times a week.

Hi @Katie0306,

This was a known issue with the iPhone 14 however a software update should have fixed it.

Please could you follow the steps here to update your iPhone?
