topic Phone Battery in Apple Devices

I took my contract out last year, my phone battery has deteriorated majorly the last month or two. It’s an iPhone 13 so it’s not too old. I don’t use it while on charge, don’t have background refresh on. I’ll leave the house on 100% for work, put it on do not disturb and with around an hour screen time total through work, my phone will be around 30% by the time I leave work. I’m not sure if EE would be able to help with this or if I’d need to contact Apple? I’m doing everything to keep the phones charge and nothing working

@maceyshaw do you have a cellular signal whilst you’re at work? If you don’t then your device is searching for a network, which will then drain the battery.. have you tried a network reset on the device?
