Hello, I recently received a new phone via post. When I spoke to them on the phone they said they would send a package to trade in my phone. I didn’t receive this? Could I get one sent out or can I just post it myself. I have no information where to and how to?

I received new phone last Friday, they said I need to post within 14days if I want the discount from my bill.

The trade in return pack is sent by Royal Mail after the phone has been delivered, you should receive this within 7 working days.

I had the same problem and it’s been months since I got my new phone and there’s been no package to send the old phone back in.
