Is it possible to have two telephone numbers attached to my EE iphone for both receiving and making calls please? For outgoing calls, I'd need to be able to choose which outgoing line to use

Two independent number Sims (one esim , one physical) then yes depending on your iPhone.

Ok, so possible then. I'm guessing my ancient iphone 6s will not meet the minimum requirement. I'm not quite sure which model would meet the minimum - would you happen to know at all please?
