Can you please advise me why I’m being charged 608 for a repair on my phone when I could buy a new one for less

@Fionacampbell24 No one here knows anything about your device repair as this is a public forum not customer services. We don’t even know who you are. ( don’t post private information on a public forum)

Apart from the iPhone SE you can not purchase a new iPhone for less.

Have you sent the device to our repair centre and been advised of this charge?

Has there been any damage to the iPhone?
