i wanted to know if my phone was stolen or lost would i be able to get another phone replaced free of charge or even a fee for a new one?

It would depend on the circumstances and if you have any excess, if your policy is new replacement or used replacement etc. You need to read your policy or speak to your insurance company.

@Wezza1 Only if you take out insurance, you don’t get this just because you have a contract it’s an additional policy.
