This is done by calling customer services or by going to an EE store, &amp;nbsp;but what you could doing is try taking a Sim card out of the device and with a damp cloth give it a clean make sure the Sim card is dry before you put it back into the device to test it.. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
