Unable to activate apple watch ultra cellular data

Hi, i would like to ask some assistance with regard to my new apple watch ultra cellular problem. I set it up for the first time, everything was find until i reach the option to set up cellular connection for my watch. Ifollow everything and im using unlimited ee data. But still i cannot establish a connection. It was just loading and cant connect.

Do you get an error message at any point?

Did you get the watch through EE?

@Alorenx Do you have Wi-Fi turned off on both the phone and watch

When you call Ee all they need is your new watch’s EID number, then they can help you set everything up 🤓
