Welcome to the community,

We would have no idea here, but if it is being dispatched to you, from EE, then you should receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If you want to know more, then you would have to contact customer service.

very hard to contact customer service as i dont have a phone or landline
