4g won’t work outside the house?

Whenever I leave the house my iPhone won’t work? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I need to do? I googled for answers but my settings all seem to be as they should.

What happens when you try and use data?

Do you have mobile data turned on in your phone settings?

Can you also log into your My EE app, go into settings, is use mobile data turned on?
