      <description>&lt;P&gt;My new iphone 11 keeps loosing network signal and says “no service”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve checked all the data settings, turned phone on and off, updated iPhone, airplane mode on and off but still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know the solution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your phone's data settings will have nothing to do with it losing network signal. Losing coverage will affect calls, text &amp;amp; data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this problem happening in one specific location - and if so, do any other EE users have issues there?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's not location-specific, there's a possibility of a device fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
