@Deilishmags - Have you tried restarting the iphone? Does the same thing happen when the iphone is in safe mode?

@354- No such option on a iPhone.

@Deilishmags Have you tried just cleaning the screen ? It could be the touch part of the screen is faulty and a new screen is required. But before you go down that route you’ll be best of force restarting the device. Press VOLUME UP quickly press VOLUME DOWN and then press and hold the ON/OFF button. Keep that pressed until the device shows the apple logo. If this doesn’t fix it perhaps a factory reset is required. If this still doesn’t fix it then you need to book an apple appointment to get the device looked at.
