&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2828729"&gt;@Deilishmags&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you tried just cleaning the screen ? &amp;nbsp; It could be the touch part of the screen is faulty and a new screen is required. &amp;nbsp;But before you go down that route you’ll be best of force restarting the device. &amp;nbsp;Press VOLUME UP quickly press VOLUME DOWN and then press and hold the ON/OFF button. Keep that pressed until the device shows the apple logo. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If this doesn’t fix it perhaps a factory reset is required. &amp;nbsp;If this still doesn’t fix it then you need to book an apple appointment to get the device looked at. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
