Calls not working

I have a new EE contract, however every time I call or receive calls, the line just cust out after about 5 seconds!

There is no live chat or any other way of contacting EE apart from calling them - which I can't do!

So frustrating and ridiculous there is no live chat option. I have literally no other way of getting in contact other than going to a shop??

Are you only experiencing this issue in one location or everywhere?
