Faulty Apple Watch ultra return

The crown on my Apple Watch is sticking hard to rotate and when pushing it in at least six times it does nothing it works fine for a few turns then does the same

I’ve had the watch a week and already booked a return through channel returns I’ve told them I want to return it for cancellation as I’ll be ordering the Apple Watch series 8 stainless steel instead

I know if you change your mind you have to pay the postage will EE cover the postage for the faulty device
