Does anyone know how much longer we will have to wait ordered iPhone 14 pro max space black 256gb on dec 31st as an upgrade, now being asked to return my current phone before my upgrade arrives or face charges anyone else having this issue

The current estimate for that device is to expect dispatch within 21 days. DPD will be in touch with order tracking information when it's ready to be delivered.

You won't need to return the phone, until you receive the upgrade.

I had this emailed from EE, I was told when I ordered it would take 7 days to arrive, now it looks like I’m either going to be with out a phone or charged extra for something that is totally out of my control.
