&lt;P&gt;Is Mobile Date enabled in Settings on the phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try resetting the network settings? This is done in Settings, General, Reset, then Reset Network Settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can text and call but my internet connection isn’t working. I’ve an iPhone 14 pro max on ee. I’ve travelled 200 miles today and I’ve had to rely on Wi-Fi all day to use my phone apps. I’ve restarted the phone and no help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
