Battery usage is really high, mainly in the background. Anyone else seeing this?

Did you check this under Settings and Battery Usage on your phone?

Yes, had it installed for about 1 week.

I’ve noticed my battery is dropping a lot quicker now I have cybersecurity and checking usage it is now 19% in 7 hours

@Davearran999 That’s because you’re allowing it to run in the background. It’s doing exactly what you’ve allowed it to to. Operate when you’re not even using the device that is exactly what background activity is.

Did this ever get fixed as I have the same problem 33% usage per day battery needs charged a couple of times a day now

Yes I have Leanne. Just spoken to technical support and basically until they sort it out they said it will use a lot of battery so uninstall they app so I have and cancelled the trial
