please can you help. When I make and receive a call I can not hear through the ear piece of the mobile I have the put all the calls on loud speaker. Hope you can help.

What phone are you using?

Is there anything blocking the earpiece, like a screen protector or phone cover?

Nothing covering the earpiece. Just can’t hear incoming or outgoing calls.

@Telford1973 Do you have the phone in a case ? If you do take it out the case a test the device.

It’s a little better I can hear but very faint.

Can you ask someone to call you, then when on the call turn your volume up to the maximum it goes, @Telford1973?

Done all that but it’s still very quiet and hard to hear anyone talking.
Could it not be the actual mobile phone?

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if you get the same problem?

Is this a new phone or has the problem just developed recently?

I don’t have another phone to try the SIM card. It’s the earpiece of the
phone just can’t hear people taking. And the volume is on max.
