EE and Apple Music link up issue

hi all

so its the age old problem EE and Apple blaming each other basically ive ported from smarty and going to use the 6m Apple Music before I do my smart benefit.

however it all activates but when I click the link Apple Music pops up and a banner vanishes

on trying with my MacBook I get

No Subscription Through mobile network provider

and when I click on iPhones subscriptions under EE it states there is nothing

can anyone help or point me to somewhere. so far the best I got on EE support is ill send you a text you pay for it you can send them this....

Have you tried completing the activation over mobile data, rather than WiFi?
