&lt;P&gt;You could try a replacement eSIM first to see if there is a problem with this one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll be able to download a new eSIM in your My EE Account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this still doesn't work then we would need to look at further troubleshooting steps to find the cause of the problem.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,i have an iphone 14,i am using an esim for my ee account and a sim card on another network for my work number. I am having a problem with my data connection, The phone shows a 4 or 5g signal but there is no connection. I have to do a network settings reset to get it back, this happens randomly and can happen two or three times a day. I went to the ee store to speak to them and the lad seems to think its an esim problem and i should switch back to a sim card. He said it's a common fault as the uk is not up to speed with esims yet, Does this sound right? I went down the esim route as I don't want to carry around two phones all day, Any&amp;nbsp; feedback would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
