any discount code can only be added at point of purchase as far as I am aware .

Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.

If you already have a Friends and family discount, you would not need to apply for a new code if you select an eligible plan.

You can log into your My EE app or you can log into your My EE account via our website to see your options.
