EE Store Lost My Phone

So here goes my story.

My apple contract apple phone with EE needed a repair, EE sent me to Apple, Apple sent me back to EE, and so on. Eventually I was told take it my local EE store, and went home to wait.

And waited, and waited and waited until I didn't want wait anymore and went to my local EE store.

On arriving I found it permanently closed, suddenly and without notice. I have called various EE contact numbers and no one seems to have any idea where my phone is or seems to care.

To add insult to injury, I have started to get emails telling me if I don't go and pick it up from the store that is permanently closed, my phone will be disposed of, I can't afford a new one, I just want the one I had repaired

I'm just going round in circles, so if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, please help me
