Hiya!!

So whenever I log into Ee it says “an account holder for this number exists” I’m just wondering if you can try reset my number or maybe take it of Ee so I can sign in with this number ? If that’s possible !!

@Abbielouise122 Sounds like you’re trying to create an account not login to an account. That’s why you get the message “an account holder for this number exists”. Or you’re not using the email address you originally used.
