14 Pro max delivery times

Any updates on delivery for apple pro Max14 256gb on black , ordered on 31st October with a within 21 days delivery but still no expected date … feels like false advertising!
How do you cancel if there is no sign of an order being shipped in the timeframe given at the time time of ordering

We will clear stock on a first come first served basis, clearing the orders from oldest to newest. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

Standard EE answer then .. we don’t know .. so how do you manage to state times of 21 or even 28 days at point of order ? But now have no idea 🤷🏻‍♂️

Again .. how do you predict the 21 days but then have no idea .. why not be honest and say out of stock and you don’t know when they will come in before people order .. when are you expecting stock ?.. if you can’t even predict when you can fill the order then you could not predict 21 days before surely??
