Hello,

I ordered two iPhone 14Pro Max phones (One gold and one space grey) on the 31/10/22 and was told that both would be shipped within 14 days.
I’ve been given tracking numbers for both but it’s now the 14th day and no dispatch update has been given.

Has the delivery times changed?

Welcome to the community,

This will depend whether EE have the products to ship to you and how many before you have ordered, as orders are shipped out on a first come first serve.

You will receive notification by the evening before delivery from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

This is not customer service but a public forum, so would have no idea of delivery, it is also dependent of Apple being able to keep up demand, due to strict Covid restrictions in China.
