Sim on last chance pin code locked

Hi since I had my repayment phone and sim if the battery dies my phone comes up with sim locked and gives me 3 chances

I want this to stop it is now locked and got 1 try left please help as I don’t know the PIN number

@Fletchermlf68 The default sim PIN code is 1111 until you change it yourself. If you have already changed it and don’t remember the code you’ll need to request a replacement sim as there is no way to know what that code would be.

@Fletchermlf68 , if you try a third time, then you can locate the PUK code in your account either via the My EE App or online, this should unlock and enable you to use your phone again.

Is the pop up asking for your PUK code?

Has the SIM previously worked OK in the device?
