Just wondering, is EE receiving weekly stock for the iPhone 14 pro and max models? Are they getting shipment or not??!

I ordered my I phone 14 pro max on the 13th of October and I’ve had no update yet not even a confirmation email, baring in mind I paid the upfront cost and everything 😞

Yes, we're sending orders out as we receive stock from the manufacturer, @Bobbylewis.

For models that are on back order, we will clear those in the order in which they were placed, from oldest to most recent as we receive stock.

Ah that’s so annoying I ordered my 14 pro max on Monday, did you get the purple? Is that why it’s taking longer. I got the black and still waiting for tracking number

I got the 14 pro max in the black 128gb I know it’s a 28 day even tho I got told it’ll be 2 weeks, but let’s be real it’ll be much longer right.

Ordered mine 5 weeks ago. I have 3 phones from EE and one from O2 . O2 customer service is far better. I am still waiting 4 weeks ago for an Executive to ring me .

You're in for a bit of a wait most likely. I ordered mine on the 28th October. 14 Pro Max 256GB Space Black. I've got a tracking number but still shows "Your pre-order is confirmed".

Apple have significant production issues as a load of employees have walked out of the China factory.

This happens every year with Apple products, with demand far outweighing production and supply. I had the same issue last year when I ordered the iPad pro and waited 52 days from order date to delivery.

I would expect orders placed end of October/early November to be fulfilled in early-mid December. Apple's website shows the specification I ordered as not available for delivery until 3rd-5th December.

Yeah I ordered the deep purple tomorrow it’s the date it’s supposed to arrive but I’ve had no confirmation what so ever 😴 just frustrating because I’ve been told three different waiting times when I ordered it I was told around a week or two then got told the 21 days now I’ve been told could be any time up to around Christmas but could possibly be waiting anytime up till March because that’s what it was like for the 13 😴

I don't think it will be THAT long. Early-Mid December or possibly late December to early January i'd say is longest. I can't see it taking them 4 months to supply the required amount to fulfil current orders.

I really hope not I’ve been waiting long enough 😩 the contract I have now ends in a couple of days but I’ve been told till my new phone comes I have to keep paying this contract even if it’s ended.. it’s just a bit all over the place at the moment.

I saw some posts about a bunch of people receiving the phones yesterday, I think they got stock atm but im guessing they get stock every week or so, I’m not sure. I don’t think it should be too long. Most pre orders are delivered

Fingers crossed I pre ordered it on the phone see, I think it’s just because I haven’t had no email or nothing it’s as if I haven’t even ordered the phone but they definitely took the upfront cost, they did that on the phone to me.

I would like to think it will be by EOM if you've had your order in for more than a week. On Apple's website, if you order now it says 9th Dec. I assume that's with the production delay factored in.
