      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I go in to the watch app and to mobile data and try to tap set up mobile service, this is greyed out and gives me the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This Apple Watch does not support EE mobile service in this region. Apple&amp;nbsp;Watch can only be used with mobile plans that are certified by your network provider, and for your region.       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is all I am seeing and on my Apple ultra watch under Mobile data Plan is greyed out as is status which states no connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on my phone after pressing set up mobile service I get this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your Apple Watch plan is still activating. It usually takes up to 4 hours to activate. To check if you are activated please go to &amp;gt;My Watch App &amp;gt; Mobile Data. If the Watch App still shows activating, you are almost there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Watch App doesn't show as activating, we need to help finish the setup. Call us on 150 with code 030.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can carry on using your phone while the activation is in progress. Click finish to close this page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;…………&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it doesn’t show still activating and I have to cancel out of the page&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought an Apple Watch Ultra from the US and had the same issue. &amp;nbsp;EE has told me they do not support the iWatch Ultra's purchased in the United States. &amp;nbsp;This isn't very reassuring to me. &amp;nbsp;I wanted a watch with a data plan independent of my iPhone while cycling and hiking. &amp;nbsp;I recently had an accident that knocked out my iPhone, making it impossible for me to call on my watch. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully, EE will support watches purchased in the states soon. &amp;nbsp;And hopefully, I will not get into an accident that damages my iPhone enough to stop me from making calls from my watch. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got back from the USA with an Apple Watch Ultra that I purchased directly from Apple (in NY), the sales person assured me that there would be no issue with the device working in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I'm in the same boat, the "Set Up Mobile Service" button is disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had a chat with two EE support personnel that said "all you need is a data service and it will work", I had to direct them to this page that I stumbled across whilst chatting to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems like more of an Apple issue than an EE issue as I was misled into purchasing the device (with Apple Care+). I will go into the Apple store over the weekend and respond here with the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
