I bought an iPhone 11 pro max from gumtree website. Iphone comes with full original box. she bought this iphone from ee.But It was locked to the ee network.she is unlocked from ee network. I checked online but it’s unlocked. But problem is that the iphone is blacklisted.I contact with her she told me she contact with ee they were said everything is fine there have no issue.
now what should i do please 🙏 help me out of this problem.

Hi @Shahhussain

The only person who can blacklist the handset is the owner or the device and tariff. The person you spoke to has lied to you and will likely vanish.

This is a common scam and you are a victim of crime. You need to report them to the police.

As for your device EE will not help you as you're not the original owner.

Never buy handsets from eBay (unless a verified reseller) gumtree, Facebook marketing place etc... guaranteed to be scammed.
