No knowledge on device of recent contract...

I called EE today and asked for a reference number for a contract deal - this was because I didnt receive it when making the contract verbally over the phone.

When I called EE for the reference number, I received a 10-digit number but it didn't work.

The guy I spoke to first was amazing. That must be said. But I am somewhat disappointed and frustrated not to see where the phone is at.

I know it takes up to 21 days in my case, but it would help if I could be helped knowing where it is in the window of time.

Was i given the wrong ref number or does your identifying system not work?

Otherwise, EE is normally staggeringly brilliant..

Thanks for the feedback, @zakir1292

The order tracker will change as the order is processed, but it isn't as detailed as telling you where the phone is.

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.
