I've ordered on 29 October expecting the 1 working day despatch and a phone delivery yesterday, Tuesday. No comms. No update on position and chat function pretty useless. I could have just walked in store Monday a d had it then. So frustrating. We have 3 phones on the account. Both previous upgrades were very quick. Expecting IPhone 14.

To be fair if EE had working on a bit of a wing and a prayer they shouldn't commit to customers that 1 working dispatch as I've had. I would be able to walk in a store to pick up an upgrade handset. The service is shocking.

I have been told pretty much the same ordering my 14 pro max. That was on the 7th of October….still waiting. It could be up to 21 days more I have been told now 🙂 just be prepared to wait
