&lt;P&gt;If you mean the My EE App you have not been able to see your account, have you made sure that all apps and software are up to date?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging in via the browser and does that work on your mobile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
