You mention "phoning EE" and also having "a phone that doesn't work".

Is your phone showing signal indicators?

I got a new phone which decided to reset itself and delete everything off my phone! Luckily I backed it up so after an hour of trying I got everything back however, ever since it did this the phone no longer has service! I’ve done everything possible including phoning EE(no help at all) I’m still sitting here with a phone that doesn’t work?!

What have you tried so far - can you be more specific?

Is your Mum on EE - if so, that would rule out a network issue. The next suggestion would be to swap SIMs between your phone and your Mum's phone, to see if the fault follows your SIM or remains with your phone.
