iPhone 11 4g not working

Hi,

iPhone 11 won’t work on 4g. Snapchat, whatsapp etc not loading at all.

Have tried all the trouble shooting tips: restart, sim in and out, deleted and reinstalled apps etc.

anyone any ideas?

@Cheryl22 Have you removed content lock on your account? It needs to be switched off.

you’ll need to call customer service and pay a refundable token with a credit card, or you can go to an EE store with photo ID to make this request.

Are you able to make voice calls OK?

Are you able to load the bbc.co.uk homepage over mobile data?

Thanks so much. This solved the problem.

I was able to update my content lock via the app, restarted my phone and everything worked perfectly.
