All EE phones are not locked to any network, if that's what you mean.

@Aminsh81 You’ll not get one from EE as there is a waiting period of over 28 days for that spec device. And you’ll not get one from apple as they have the same waiting period and you’ll probably find that everywhere that sells the device do not have stock as there is high demand. Everywhere you could get the device from will have about the same waiting period.
